Letters of Administration/Probate
When a loved one dies it may be necessary to make an application to the Supreme Court to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration so that the Executor can give effect to the Will, or the Administrator can distribute the deceased’s estate.
We can provide advice about which application, if any, is necessary. We can prepare the application on your behalf and administer the Estate if required. We offer a fixed price service for most applications.
