Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & Guardianship

Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & Guardianship

A Power of Attorney appoints someone to act on your behalf in your financial affairs – this may be helpful if you are traveling overseas or remotely and need to conduct business while you are away or if you are physically incapacitated.

A Power of Attorney is only valid when you have the mental capacity to make decisions for yourself.

If you wish to appoint someone to act on your behalf in your financial affairs if you lose your mental capacity, an Enduring Power of Attorney is more appropriate.

A Will can set out the distribution of your property when you pass away. It is also possible to create trusts and life tenancies in a Will to provide for your loved ones when you pass. You can also nominate a guardian for your children in your Will.

An Enduring Power of Guardianship appoints someone to make lifestyle and health decisions if you no longer have the mental capacity to make those decisions yourself.

Our solicitors can advise on, and prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship on your behalf. JK Legal offers a fixed-price service for all these documents.
